College‐Corporate Cooperation: A Compelling Emerging Need Competitive, technological and demographic imperatives are combining to dramatically change the nature of tomorrow’s workplace, and the needs of workers and managers comprising this workplace. To a significant extent, meeting the challenge of this change will involve educating and reeducating people, and will mandate a much higher degree of cooperation between academic and corporate education establishments. Abstract

Competitive, technological and demographic imperatives are combining to dramatically change the nature of tomorrow’s workplace, and the needs of workers and managers comprising this workplace. To a significant extent, meeting the challenge of this change will involve educating and reeducating people, and will mandate a much higher degree of cooperation between academic and corporate education establishments.
