The advantages of centralized systems of lubrication are so valuable that once a factory engineer has installed one on any machine that has been difficult to lubricate manually, he frequently becomes centralization conscious and looks around to see what other plant can be automatically lubricated. He therefore saves maintenance time and also reduces the risk of breakdowns.
