Because of fear and misinformation, disruption can occur in theworkplace if there are HIVpositive employees. Employers need tointroduce well thought out policies and guidelines on HIVAIDS beforeany such problems arise. Addresses this need by considering policycontent and implementation and suggests that a policy, combined with atraining programme for all employees, is the best approach.
