A Six Sigma quality approach to workplace evaluation This paper reviews post‐occupancy evaluation (POE) research methods and discusses how these methods can be deployed within the context of a Six Sigma quality framework. The paper outlines the importance of conducting POEs to support the creation and management of optimal spaces for office workers. The authors review a variety of existing POE approaches and discuss their approach to using POEs as part of an ongoing quality framework.
