The core/shell structure of Quantum dots the obtained nanocomposite was veriﬁed by TEM. TGA and nuclear magnetic relaxation dispersion (NMRD) Bi-modal imaging proﬁles were applied for the deposition study. The in-vivo and in-vitro results showed that the deposition of CdTe Cation migration layer can evidently improve the relaxivity of CoFe O nanoparticle, which was investigated and explained by a 2 4 “cation migration” theory. The as-synthesized compound is a promising nanocomposite for high performance
