Examples of the sequence of places lactating herds visit over 24h from midnight; for ten of the 43 study dairy farms (Farms 3, 8, 14, 29, 32, 36, 39, 40, 21 and 44) in six regions (Tasmania, Queensland, Victoria, South Australia, Western Australia, New South Wales) at different interview dates (season, Autumn (Au), Winter (Wi), Spring (Sp) or Summer (Su); year), for herd 1 or 2 and showing the numbers of cows for each herd. The colours represent different locations (see legend). Paddock, holding area, feedpad names for these grazing system farms are included to show the frequency places are visited.
