According to XRD measurement, the Nanoparticle obtained gel consisted of anatase TiO nanoparticles. Metal chloride Synthesis of Nb-doped anatase TiO gel was also examined. Stirring the mixture of ethylene glycol, TiCl aq., 2 3 Gel and ethanol solution of NbCl also formed the layered titanate sol and Nb-doped anatase TiO gel was obtained 5 2 Dialysis by dialysis of the sol. Furthermore, heat treatment of the obtained gel was carried out by soaking it in H Oat 368 K for 24 h.
