Article history: Un-doped ZnO (UDZO) and Li-doped ZnO (LZO) polycrystalline thin ﬁlms were grown on platinized Received 6 June 2017 silicon by pulsed laser deposition (PLD). The electrical properties were investigated on as-grown and Received in revised form 18 July 2017 annealed UDZO and LZO ﬁlms with capacitor conﬁguration, using top and bottom platinum electrodes.
