Anyway, several studies showed how non- Thinning genetic factors such as environmental conditions and viticultural practices, can inﬂuence the distribution and the Girdling concentration of anthocyanins. A statistical analysis performed considering the inﬂuence of thinning and gird- Sugrathirteen ling alone or in combination on Sugrathirteen vines showed how the investigated factors signiﬁcantly inﬂuence various physical-chemical parameters (sugars accumulation, organic acids, etc.) as well as single anthocyanins detected by HPLC. In particular the results show how the treatments were able not only to aﬀect total poly- phenols and anthocyanin concentration, but moreover it was possible an analysis of anthocyanins proﬁle var- iation
