Anyway, several studies showed how non- Thinning genetic factors such as environmental conditions and viticultural practices, can influence the distribution and the Girdling concentration of anthocyanins. A statistical analysis performed considering the influence of thinning and gird- Sugrathirteen ling alone or in combination on Sugrathirteen vines showed how the investigated factors significantly influence various physical-chemical parameters (sugars accumulation, organic acids, etc.) as well as single anthocyanins detected by HPLC.
