A) SEM image of nickel doped titanium dioxide IOPM (Ni-TiO2 IOPM); B) SERS spectra of 4-MBA with (a)1×10−5M, (b) 1×10−7M, (c) 1×10−9M, (d) 1×10−11M by using Ni-TiO2 IOPM as the substrate; C) UV–vis absorption spectrum degradation of MB dyes catalyzed by Ni-TiO2 IOPM with irradiation of simulated sunlight;D) Time-dependent ratios of the photocatalytic degradation of MB by (a)TiO2 IOPM and (b)Ni-TiO2 IOPM.In this manuscript, a novel bitifunctional nickel doped titanium dioxide IOPM (Ni-TiO2 IOPM) was successfully prepared by using PS spheres array as the template. The Ni-TiO2 IOPM exhibited highly sensitive detection for 4-mercaptobenzoic acid (4-MBA) at a concentration as low as 1×10−11M. And under the simulated sunlight, about 95% of the methylene blue (MB) is degraded within 90min. So the prepared Ni-TiO2 IOPM may be a promising bitifunctional SERS substrate candidate for organic sewage detection or environment clean, the fabrication strategy also can be extended to prepare other nanomaterials with orderly and porous structure.
