Kirsty Lingstadt T h i s s e l e c t i v e annual summary of architect-related additions to the collections of the National Monuments Record of Scotland (nmrs) is intended to highlight the availability of key source material as it enters the public domain. This collaboration of the Society and Royal Commission on the Ancient and Historical Monuments of Scotland (rcahms) began with Architectural Heritage X, which in turn followed on from the list provided in Rebecca M. Baileyâs Scottish Architectsâ Papers: a source book (Rutland Press, 1996). The arrangement follows that set out in NMRS: A Guide to the Collections (1991), which describes acquisitions between 1941 and 1991. A comprehensive list of all accessions is published at the end of each ï¬nancial year in the rcahms Annual Review. All collections are available for consultation but please contact Kirsty Lingstadt to check whether an appointment is necessary.
