The sul dose-respse curve was assessed two separate occasis: 1) a base-le test and 2) 1 h after aerobic treadmill at a steady-state heart rate of 150160 beats/m. the base-le test, under all sul levels, glucose MCR was significantly lower obese compared with lean dividuals (P c 0.01). creased glucose MCR at the highest hormal ccentratis applied to 124 and 134% of base le OD and , respectively (P < 0.05); the sul ccentrati required for e-half of the maximal clearance rate of glucose achieved this study decreased from 200 to 130 and from 160 to 95 ,uU/ml OD and , respectively (P C 0.05). The changes these parameters were significant LC.
