Applying Norman's and Christensen's technology s-curve, XML-related technologies are currently crossing the transition point, moving from an originally technology-driven product to predominately customer-driven, characterized by a more human-centered product and/or service. A few application areas are developed based on XML technology to satisfy the changing business needs.
