PREDICTING TURNOVER IN AN AUTOMATED OFFICE SITUATION Summary In an attempt to reduce the high rate of turnover among clerical employees working in a highly automated office, existing personnel information was examined for items which might discriminate short tenure from long tenure employees. Sources of data were the application blank, test scores, and reference inquiries.
