Mich., established in 1961 under UAW auspices and offered by union ntract on a dual choice basis as an alternative the Michigan Blue Cross-Blue Shield M-75 mprehensive plan. date, the majority of CHA's vered population are unionized workers who are employed by the "Big Three" aumobile manufacturers General Mors, Ford, and Chrysler. The data used in this paper are drawn from a survey nducted in 1964 and aimed at the explanation of choice behavior and nsumer attitudes. An initial paper outlining some determinants of choice of plan was read at the 1965 annual meeting of the APHA. In this send part of the study our objective is draw some generalizations ncerning experiences with group practice.
