Dudenhausen, Berlin Types and length of contributions The following contributions from the whole field of Perinatal Medicine and from related fields will be accepted: · Review articles -- coverage of theoretical and practical aspects of one particular field (only after previous arrangement): Manuscript: length according to previous arrangement. Summary: up to 25% of the paper. · Original contributions -- new results, particularly from the clinical and experimental areas. Manuscript: approx. 8 typewritten pages. Abstract (approx. 200 words) and summary (up to 25% of the paper). · Short communications/Preliminary reports -- rapid publication of new/preliminary results. Manuscript: maximum 3 typewritten pages, 1 figure, 1 table. Abstract and summary (as a. m.). · Technical notes -- immediate information on the characteristics of new instruments or methodological improvements from the clinical or experimental field. Manuscript: maximum 2 typewritten pages, 1 figure. · Letters to the Editors -- permitting exchange of views and information on controversial topics discussed at conferences and meetings etc., and comments on previously published material with absolute minimum delay.
