Lab.med. 14: 22-28(1990) Automatisierte kinetische Nephelometrie zur Bestimmung des affinitätschromatografisch isolierten glykierten Serumalbumins: Ein Vergleich mit dem glykierten Gesamtprotein Automated Kinetic Nephelometry for the Determination of Affinitychromatographic Isolated Glycated Albumin: A Comparison with the Glycated Total Protein K.-G. Schlüsselwörter: Diabetes mellitus - glykiertes Albumin -- glykiertes Gesamtprotein Affinitätschromatografie Summary: The affinity-chromatographic isolation of glycated serum proteins by means of commercial 0.5 ml-microcolumns is described. Total albumin, the glycated and nonglycated albumin fraction are assayed with good precision by automated kinetic nephelometry using the Beckman Array System. The determination of the corresponding total protein fractions
