P. Burger has given a description of this book in his continuation of E. W. Moes, De Amster- damsche boekdrukkers en uitgevers in de zestiende eeuw ('s-Gravenhage 1900-1915), vol. 4, p. 249 n. 3, where he expresses his opinion that the book was printed in Germany. Copies are by no means unknown; apart from the British Library's copy which prompted this investigation there is one at the Library of the University of Amsterdam and another at the Bibliothèque Nationale in Paris and there may well be others in various collections. But the little book seems to have excited little curiosity because I have not seen any other or more recent description of it anywhere.
