The fifth volume of the book series makes a comparison of the Dutch legal system with that of England & Wales. The sixth volume does the same, but this time with the Dutch and the German legal system. Together with the eighth volume, which is about to appear and which will compare the Dutch with the French legal system, these two books are a result of a research done by order of the Dutch Ministry of Justice.
