Although there is hardly any paper immediately relating to Zarathushtra, the editors had a lucky hand in their choice of the title, if it is referred to the œuvre of J. Kellens, while the subtitle aptly describes the content of the impressive volume. As usual, the felicitation volume begins by hon- ouring the work and the person to whom it is dedicated and by offer- ing his bibliography, which comprises in this particular case besides the usual entries also seven unpublished papers, which were circulated only privately. Most contributions written either in English, French or German refer directly to Iranian or Indo-Iranian subjects with a strong preponderance of discussions on linguistic problems.
