He has continuing research interests in educational inequality, transition to adulthood, and kibbutz society and education. Currently he is studying the military service experience of young conscripts and students’ experience during higher education. He is co-author (with Nura Resh) of Classroom Composition and Pupil Achievement , and editor of Education in the Changing Kibbutz: Sociological and Psychological Perspectives.
