ix Mustafa El-Alem (LLB, LLM) is a Libyan practising lawyer and legal adviser and a member of the Libyan Bar Association. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Arab Association for International Arbitration and the Libyan member of the Alliance of Arab Lawyers and a full Member of the Euro-Arab Arbitration Board in London. Husain M. Al Baharna gained a doctorate in international law from the University of Cambridge, and is a Barrister-at-Law of Lincoln's Inn and a member of the Bahrain Bar Society. He is a member of both the UN International Law Commission and the International Council for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA). He is the former Minister for Legal Affairs in the State of Bahrain, and is now an attorney and legal consultant in Bahrain. He is also a registered arbitrator. Ahmed Bakry El-Sayed graduated from the English section of the Faculty of Law at Cairo University in 2003. He worked for Mobinil (Telecom operator) in 2003 as a Telecommunications Lawyer for one year and joined the Public Prosecution in 2004.
