Th e volume under review consists of a collection of essays written by an array of infl uential thinkers on the topic of indigenous peoples’ rights. Th e aim of the book is to provide an insight into the key theoretical and practical issues concern- ing indigenous rights, through the lens of a broad range of disciplines occupying themselves with the matter. Th e text is divided into four freestanding but complementary parts containing a total of 17 essays, all of which have been previously published as journal articles between 1997 and 2003. It opens with an introduction by the editor that pres- ents an interesting overview of the major issues that lie at the heart of most of the essays in the collection. Anthony J.
