In the present study a number of 14th and 15th-century Italian jurists are highlighted. They are grouped in three categories: Authors connected with Siena and Tuscany (Mariano Sozzini, Pietro d'Ancarano, Niccolò dei Tedeschi, Antonio da Budrio, Domenico da San Gimignano, Francesco Atti); Texts connected with Perugia (by Baldo and Angelo degli Ubaldi and Tindaro Alfani); Doctores from Bologna and other universities (Bonincontro di Giovanni d'Andrea, Giovanni da Legnano, Riccardo da Saliceto e Raffaele Fulgosio).
