Editor's note

Editor's note 90 Editor's note In recent years the editors of the Nordic Journal of International Law have made an effort to give the journal a more distinct profile. One of the means employed to this end has been the publication of special issues prepared by specially invited guest editors. We intend to continue and strengthen this tendency. In 1991-92 we plan to pub- lish issues on, inter alia, environmental questions, the international law decade, the legal implications of the CSCE-process, Baltic cooperation, refugees and other human rights issues. The editors welcome suggestions for guest editorships of special issues within the many current areas of public international law and private international law, also from outside the Nordic area. The board of editors has decided to invite some new Nordic scholars to become members of the board. The composition of the present board appears on the back cover. Abstract

90 Editor's note In recent years the editors of the Nordic Journal of International Law have made an effort to give the journal a more distinct profile. Lars Adam Rehof
