This contains an important address by E. H. Kossmann on the historical signifi­ cance of the Taalunie (also in Ons Erfdeel, 29: I I-I8), a report by 0. de Wandel on the first quinquennium of the Taalunie and addresses by L. C. Brinkman andj.
