Decree of the Supreme Soviet of the Republic of Kazakhstan On the Procedure for Entry Into Force... 194 DECREE OF THE SUPREME SOVIET OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN ON THE PROCEDURE FOR ENTRY INTO FORCE OF THE LAW OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN "ON THE PROTECTION AND SUPPORT OF PRIVATE EN- TREPRENEURSHIP" 1. The Supreme Soviet of the Republic of Kazakhstan hereby decrees that: ' the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Protection and Sup- port of Private Entrepreneurship" shall enter into force on 1 August 1992; and Article 17 on 1 January 1993. 2. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall: - conform decisions ofthe government ofthe Republic of Kazakhstan to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Protection and Support of Private Entrepreneurship"; . - ensure the review and repeal by ministries, state committees, and agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan of normative acts which contra- vene the present Law; - submit to the Supreme Soviet of the Republic of Kazakhstan prior to 1 October 1992 recommendations on conforming legislative acts in force of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Protection and Support of Private Entrepreneurship".
