406 DE CREE NO. 2 OF 1994 APPROVING THE DUBAI CHAMBER OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY COMMERCIAL CONCILIATION AND ARBITRATION REGULATION We, Maktoum bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Ruler of Dubai, In cognisance of the Law of the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry, No. 2 of 1975, and its amendments, And of the Draft Commercial Conciliation and Arbitration Regulation for the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry, prepared by the Administrative Board of the Chamber, Decree the following. Article 1. The Dubai Chamber of Commerce Conciliation and Arbitration Regulation shall be approved and shall come into effect from the date of implementation of this Decree. Article 2. This Decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into effect from the date of its publication.
