Considering the change in the nature of the ‘Recent Austrian practice in the ﬁ eld of international law’ from a digest of practice to, largely, a compilation of viewpoints of the Ofﬁ ce of the Legal Adviser on various issues of international law, the authors have refrained from reproducing sections of the recent report and concentrated on compiling and translating original documents produced in 2015.
