Announcement ANNOUNCEMENT The INSTITUTE FOR VICO STUDIES, established in 1974 by Giorgio Tagliacozzo and recently organized as a not-for-profit corporation, is now offering membership to individuals, founda- tions, libraries and educational institutions. The purpose of the Institute is to promote the study of the works of Giambattista Vico and the assessment of their relevance to contemporary matters and ideas. The Institute maintains a VICO ARCHIVE and acts as a clearing house for the exchange of ideas and information concerning Vico and for the coordination of research in Vichian studies. Institute members receive the following benefits: (1) Free subscription to "CORSI E RICORSI," a semi-annual publication featuring articles, reviews, and reports from scholars all over the world; (2) Free subscription to "VICO BIBLIOGRAPHICAL SUPPLEMENT," an annual publication listing additions to the recently published bibliography, VICO IN ENGLISH, as well as unpublished material related to Vico studies, doctoral disserta- tions and significant new publications in foreign languages; (3) Access to the material in the VICO ARCHIVE, including photocopying service. Membership dues (tax deductible): Individuals $6; students $3; libraries and institutions $10; Patrons $50; Benefactors $100.
