GREECE Right to a fair trial – violation Article 6, Section 1 It was not indicated in the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure that the time allowed for appeals on points of law began to run on the date of delivery of the impugned judgment. In a judgment delivered on  April  in the case of AEPI S.A. v. Greece , the European Court of Human Rights unanimously held that there had been a viola- tion of Article  , Section  (right to a fair trial) of the European Convention on Human Rights. Under Article  (just satisfaction), the Court unanimously awarded the appli- cant  ,  euros (EUR) for non-pecuniary damage and EUR  ,  for costs and expenses. This judgment is not final. Pursuant to Article  , Section  of the Convention, within three months from the date of the judgment of a Chamber, any party to the case may, in exceptional cases, request that the case be referred to the Grand Chamber.  .
