Allow me to explain ¦ Upsilon Pi Epsilon ™s logo proudly displays the binary palindrome 11110101111, which is part of its ceremonies and heritage. Last November, Drexel ™s chapter president, Sunny Wong, noticed that this sequence could be parsed as a date and time “ soon to arrive in early 2010, as a matter of fact. A quick email from yours truly to UPE ™s Executive Council resulted in a ‚urry of activity. UPE Webmaster Eric Ackerman put a countdown ticker on the website.
