A network's work is never done Over the course of the last five or six years I've spent a good deal of my time working with institutions of higher education in the Bell-Atlantic Regional territory. I believe that the information-system model of higher education has done more to shape the direction of this industry, more to shape the direction that the major vendors are taking, than any other industry segment. Abstract
