ACCOMMODATIONS All meeting sessions for the conferences will be held at the Historic Menger Hotel 204 Alamo Plaza, San Antonio, Texas, 78205. A block of rooms has been reserved at the hotel for meeting attendees at a special rate of $115/per room, plus tax. Government rates are also available. To receive these special rates, attendees must request a room under the American Meteorological Society room block. Reservations must be made prior to 1 May 200 3 and must be accompanied by a one- night deposit. Reservations made after that date will be on a space available basis. Subject to room availability, these special rates will be available the weekends before and after the conferences. We urge you to make reservations early since space is limited.
