AMERICA N METEOROLOGICAL SOCIETY TENTH CONFERENCE ON NUMERICAL WEATHER PREDICTION SIXTH CONFERENCE ON MESOSCALE PROCESSES 18-22 JULY 1994 PORTLAND HILTON PORTLAND, OREGON GENERAL The American Meteorological Society will hold its Tenth Conference on Numerical Weather INFORMATION Prediction and its Sixth Conference on Mesoscale Processes 18-22 July 1994 at the Portland Hilton, Portland, Oregon. ACCOMMODATIONS All sessions will take place at the Portland Hilton, 921 S.W. Sixth Avenue, Portland, Oregon 97204. A block of rooms has been reserved for meeting attendees at the special price of $79/single, $99/double, plus tax. Reservations must be made prior to 3 June 1994 and must be accompanied by a one-night deposit. Reservations made after that date will be on a space available basis. Subject to room availability, these special rates will be available the weekends before and after the meetings. AMS's block of rooms is limited; this is high tourist season. We urge you to make your hotel reservations early and to request written confirmation.
