Spengler GENERAL The 73rd Annual Meeting of the American Meteorological Society will feature the following: INFORMATION Symposium on Challenges in Atmospheric and Earth Sciences; Ninth International Conference on Interactive Information and Processing Systems for Meteorology, Oceanography, and Hydrology with Special Program on GOES; Eighth Symposium on Meteorological Observations and Instrumentation with Special Sessions on Ultraviolet Measurements and Profiling of Water Vapor in the Free Troposphere and Stratosphere; Eighth Conference on Applied Climatology; Fourth Symposium on Global Change Studies; Second Symposium on Education; Conference on Hydroclimatology: Land Surface/Atmosphere Interactions on Global and Regional Scales; Conference on Atmospheric Chemistry; and Special Program on Hurricanes Andrew and Iniki. These meetings will be held 17-22 January 1993, at Disneyland Hotel. The programs for these meetings follow. ACCOMMODATIONS A block of rooms at The Disneyland Hotel has been set aside for the AMS Annual Meeting at special rates of $82/single and $92/double, plus tax.
