Abstract
The following applications are examples of the means by which competency is evidenced in the practice of telepsychology. The applications illustrate competence through supervision, practice, determining technology appropriateness, and emergency service. Psychological practice is a complex endeavor that requires extensive training to achieve competence. This is particularly true when using new and innovative technologies in delivering health care.
