Vahle, Jr., Director of HELDREF Publications of the Reid Foundation, stated that /eatherwise . . . the relationship between the journal and the Society THE MAGAZINE ABOUT WEATHER has been a long and friendly one. I am particularly pleased to enter into this publishing endeavor with a group that sets such high standards of excellence both in its own publications and in the work of its members.
