Triphalangy of Thumbs and Great Toes Abstract A 5½-year-old boy had triphalangy of thumbs and great toes with the terminal phalanges of other digits being either absent or hypoplastic. Associated conditions included hypoplasia of nails and teeth, deafmutism, convulsive disorder, mental retardation, and dermatoglyphic abnormalities. References 1.
