Presented by Dr. Floralou Kettenbach. The patient was a 50-year-old white male, a native of Mexico. History.— There was a history of multiple "warts" on face for 10-15 years. Previous Therapy.— Previous therapy had been desiccation and skin grafting. Patient wants planing. Past History.— Past history was noncontributory. There was no ingestion of arsenic that patient knows of. He was not in the sun, and skin was almost free of lesions 4 years ago. Family History.— Father had multiple "warts." Physical Examination.— Skin on the face is almost universally involved in basal-cell carcinomatoses with the exception of the nose. This has been grafted. He has a folliculitis of the nape, and there is one carcinoma on his back. Discussion Dr. Maximilian E. Obermayer: This presents an interesting therapeutic problem. These are not dangerous tumors and should therefore be treated neither by irradiation
