Syndrome Identification and Consultation Service Abstract A Syndrome Identification and Consultation Service has been moderately successful as a method in the diagnosis of the unusual looking child. A definite diagnosis was made in 18% of the first 100 cases. In cases in which a definite diagnosis was not made, the consultants entertained some type of diagnosis in 35%. References 1.
