SOCIETY NEWS. The French Congress of Alienists and Neurologists will be held in August at Toulouse. Questions to be discussed: Diagnosis of general paralysis; infantile hysteria; medical service in insane asylums. International Medical Congress. —Germany has notified the Russian government that it will withdraw its representation unless all restrictions with regard to the passports of the Hebrew members of the German delegation are at once withdrawn. It is insisted that the Jewish members of the Congress shall receive from the Muscovite authorities identically the same treatment as their Christian colleagues.
