HISTORY AND EXAMINATION OF TWINS Twin "A."—On Nov. 3, 1942 a 10 year old Jewish boy was brought to the clinic because he had been having pain in the right side for three weeks. Since birth the child had been having urinary frequency and dribbling and had forced his urine out as a very fine spray. His urination was prolonged and often painful, and from time to time he had pains in the regions of both kidneys. His recent pains in the right flank had suggested renal infection on that side.
