Abstract
A 30-year-old man was referred to our clinic with a 3-month history of swelling in the midline of the neck. The size of the swelling was stable and did not change at meal times. The patient's clinical history suggested that he was mostly fit and healthy, without any previous medical problems or head and neck trauma.
