Cortisone and Gestation.
—Several years ago, Prof. Robert Courrier, general secretary to the Academy of Sciences, studied the influence of desoxycorticosterone on the gestation of rabbits. He found that this substance can replace the corpus luteum hormone; it allows the evolution of pregnancy in the castrated pregnant animal. Recently, in collaboration with Mme.
