The reason for presentation at this time is to discuss the question of treatment. The diagnosis was obvious when he was first presented, two years ago, but recently for the first time I noticed changes which I consider to be malignant. The questions now are: What is the best treatment, in view of his age, and what is the possibility of his survival? COURSE IN TROPICAL DERMATOLOGY Under the direction of Dr. Fernando Latapi, professor of dermatology, Universidad Nacional de Mexico, and with the cooperation of the Secretaría de Salubridad, a practical course in English on dermatology of the American tropics will be given in Mexico City, Aug 6 to 18, 1945.
