CALIFORNIA Meeting of Study Club.— The Research Study Club of Los Angeles held its eleventh annual midwinter postgraduate clinical course in ophthalmology and otolaryngology, January 19-30. A feature this year was a special course on "Applied Anatomy and Cadaver Surgery of the Head and Neck," January 22-28, under the direction of Drs. Simon H. Jesberg, associate clinical professor of surgery, University of Southern California School of Medicine, Los Angeles, and Samuel A. Crooks, associate professor of anatomy, College of Medical Evangelists, Loma Linda. Guest speakers in the regular course on ophthalmology and otolaryngology were Drs. Ralph I. Lloyd, Brooklyn, and John R. Lindsay, Chicago. Society News.— Dr. John H.
