Abstract Necrobiosis Lipoidica Diabeticorum. Presented by Dr. Hal E. Freeman. M. D. B. is a woman aged 36 years. She has had diabetes mellitus for eight years. The present lesions on the right leg and foot have existed for five years.Three lesions are present. One is on the anterior surface of the right leg. halfway between the knee and the ankle. It is slightly raised, with telangiectasia and a yellowish red color. It is oval, about 4 by 7 cm. in its diameters, and in the upper middle portion of this lesion is a healed ulcer about 2 cm. in diameter. Another lesion is on the dorsum of the left foot. It is a smaller but not ulcerated tumor, and it is located in an old traumatic scar. A third lesion is on the left shoulder.
