Literary Announcements. New Anatomic Atlases. —The Anatomic Congress held at Bâle the past year voted for a certain nomenclature, and consequently the old atlases are comparatively out of date. Vienna and Leipsic are each publishing now a handsome atlas with the official nomenclature. Both are fine works. The Vienna atlas, by Dr. Toldt, is to contain 1,000 wood engravings, and be published complete in two years. The other, by Dr. Spalteholtz, will be finished this year; it is to have 750 autotypes in colors and contain a brief description of each plate.
