Intraocular Foreign Body Extraction in Early Chalcosis Abstract A case of pure copper retrolenticular foreign body occurred in a relatively quiet eye. The corneal, lenticular, and vitreal changes of chalcosis were present, but retinal toxicity was absent. Roentgenograph and electroretinographic studies did not reveal the presence or composition of the foreign body. Ultrasonography was positive.
